Danielle Boring
Danielle Boring is a dedicated attorney with a strong background in civil litigation. She graduated from Eastern Florida State College before earning her Juris Doctor Cum Laude from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, which she attended on a full academic scholarship. During law school, Danielle worked as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant, received Book Awards in Healthcare Law, Legal Research and Writing I, and Legal Research and Writing II; was nominated and inducted into the National Order of Scribes; and was ranked in the top 10 of her graduating class. Her academic achievements reflect her long-standing commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the legal system.
Prior to joining Kurt Alexander, Esq. in October 2024, Danielle devoted 14 years to the defense of doctors, hospitals and nurses in medical malpractice claims and general liability claims. Prior to earning her law degree, she obtained a Florida Healthcare Risk Management license and worked as an in-house Corporate Claims Manager for an integrated health system that was comprised of several self-insured hospitals and a multi-specialty provider practice group. This experience gave her invaluable insight regarding management of defense counsel and development of strategies for defending both general and professional liability claims in a successful and cost-effective manner.
Danielle initially began her legal career in 2004 as a legal secretary for a family law and criminal defense law firm. By 2007, she was the Senior Litigation Paralegal for a business and construction litigation law firm. In 2010, Danielle took her skills to the previously mentioned health system’s in-house legal department.
Here at Alexander Trial Law, LLC, Danielle is a skilled Partner, continuing with her practice of defending individuals and businesses alleged to have been negligent, or otherwise liable for alleged damages. With her unique background and unwavering commitment to those she represents, Danielle brings a compassionate yet pragmatic approach to every case.
