Gary Seberry was born and raised in Merritt Island, Florida. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2018, and he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in political science from the University of Central Florida where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Gary has significant insurance defense litigation experience, handling a wide variety of cases including motor vehicle negligence, negligent security, first party property, and premises liability.

He has a passion for giving back to the community, and has volunteered at Brevard Legal Aid, helping to provide access to justice for those in need. In his spare time, Gary enjoys reading, writing, traveling, cheering for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and playing with his dog, Little Rascal.
