Kurt A. Russell is an experienced trial attorney who represents clients in civil litigation defense. He has over 20 years of litigation experience where he developed extensive courtroom experience, strong advocacy skills, and a strategic approach to handling legal disputes.
Before joining Alexander Trial Law, Kurt spent more than 2 decades practicing defense litigation, where he represented clients through all stages of litigation. His experience includes jury trials and all that goes into preparing a case for trial, including depositions, motion practice, case investigation, and development of effective litigation strategies. Having tried more than 60 jury trials, Kurt knows the importance of thorough preparation, attention to detail, and persuasive advocacy. Kurt has been Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law since 2013, a distinction that recognizes his experience and commitment to the practice of law.
Originally from Indiana, Kurt earned his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2004 after earning a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in 2000.
