Parker R. Jacques is a civil trial lawyer who brings to Alexander Trial Law a prosecutor’s mindset and a deep background in courtroom advocacy, motion practice, and case strategy. He focuses his practice on the defense of individuals, professionals, and businesses in civil litigation throughout Florida, including motor vehicle negligence, trucking accidents, premises liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, and other insurance-related disputes.

Before joining Alexander Trial Law, Mr. Jacques served as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, where he maintained a high-volume, fast-moving docket, tried cases to verdict, argued substantive and procedural motions, and helped train and mentor new prosecutors. His experience is not limited to prosecution; he has also defended criminal cases in private practice, giving him perspective from both sides of the “v.” and a practical feel for negotiation, discovery, and the dynamics of trial. His earlier work while in law school included research, drafting, and advocacy in labor and employment, arbitration, and complex investigations and acting Research Assistant for Notre Dame’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Program.

Mr. Jacques earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of Florida. His professional recognitions include being named Employee of the Month at the State Attorney’s Office for the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit and Associate of the Year by the Brevard County Inns of Court. Outside the office, he enjoys running, weightlifting, and creative writing.
